The pinnacle event for Pause for the Cause is our Gala & Fashion Show, now in its second year! The runway presentation features canines who lend a paw to their fellow furry friends by “werking” it on the catwalk in designer duds. But the pups donʼt act alone: their escorts, affectionately known as “celebrity dog-walkers,” are also decked out in couture and include some of Canadaʼs most recognizable faces.
The second annual #PawsGala returns once again putting dogs front and centre on the catwalk, and this year featuring the work of designer Philip Sparks. This year, the party steps up a notch. In addition to Philip Sparks, the dogs will be outfitted by Babies & Beasts, and feature Dave Monks, lead singer and bassist of Tokyo Police Club, as the guest DJ.
This year the Gala & Fashion Show will be hosted by ET Canada's Rick Campanelli (Co-Host) and Angie Smith (Fashion Producer).
